Yes folks, my geek meter reached 2000% today with the announcement all us Star Wars geeks have been waiting for. Bioware announced today that is making the new Star Wars MMO - "Star Wars: The Old Republic"!!!!! For somebody like me this is as excited as I can get for a game. First off, Bioware are great story tellers and unlike Star Wars Galaxies they can not possibly ruin the story (or the game like freakin' Sony did). Second, it's Bioware not Sony!!!
For those of you even remotely curious about the game (which is still a couple years away), I suggest trying out KOTOR and KOTOR 2, since this game is really KOTOR 3. You can probably find them in the cheap bin since both games are a few years old (Oh and both were game of the year btw). KOTOR 2 was also named one of the best X-Box games of all time.
Until it comes out though you guys are stuck with me!!
